Comm: Sam and Tom

So this is another piece of the adorable Sam and Tom. Here's a bit of backstory to it, by popular demand, written by the owner of these two. Hopefully there will be more in the future!

Poor Tom. It was only their second date when he drank from an unlabeled bottle in Samantha’s refrigerator. The combination of the experimental weight reduction formula Sam “borrowed” from the university lab with Tom’s prescription medication proved to be quite size-altering. Now Tom is a mere six inches tall.

Sam told Tom that she’s afraid that if they ask anyone for help, Tom will be taken away and used for experiments. She tried to reassure him by lying and saying she thinks the shrinking will wear off, but she knows it won’t.

Sam quickly fell in love with her now tiny guy, and she’s promised to take good care of him. For starters, she’s checking him all over to make sure he’s okay. Unfortunately, at six inches tall, her old Ken doll clothes are way too big for him, so for now he’s a bit “exposed”. Sam doesn’t mind - she thinks he’s really cute at this size. Tom isn’t so pleased, but what choice does he have? Besides, as long as she's gentle, being taken care of by a cute girl like Samantha is better than becoming a lab experiment, or being sent home to his parents and little sister.
